
What US National Park was this photo taken in?
This photo was taken in Yellowstone National Park, along the road to the north entrance. It surprises many people to find out that the northern edge of Wyoming is half way between the equator and the North pole. Especially with all of the snow and cold temperatures this year, I suspect many people felt like they were much closer to the pole than the equator.

I think it is the Yellow Stone Park, i am not sure but I have been somewhere that had this sign and I think I was at the yellow Stone park...

We guess Yellowstone. It is on the 45th parallel on our globe anyway! :-)

We think that it is Yellowstone. I do remember taking a hike in Maine and seeing a sign about crossing the 45th parallel. This picture looks nothing like what I saw in Maine though.
