I live in East Texas. I have actually no idea if we have those kind of woodpeckers. But lately, I have been noticing flocks of just male Robins in our five acre farm/park. Do Robins normally travel in groups of fifteen? Does a Robin flock contain just males? Do Robins like to come out at this time of year? I find in quite interesting and I just adore observing these Robins. Thanks for the helpful video Robert Kramp! I will be sure to use it as soon as the rain stops.
Yes, this time of year the robins often travel in flocks, sometimes several hundred. I searched, but did not find any reference to segregated flocks of all males. Usually, they are in mixed flocks, often with other species of birds.

Hi Mr. Krapmf I have owl that lives in the woods in my back yard. I live in CT & I looked to see what kind it could be but none of the pictures I looked at looks like this one! My Mom has heard him as well & we looked up calls & non sound like the one she heard. So I was wondering if you could help! Could you possibly do a video on Owls for me?
I hope the Barred Owls nest there again this year, so I can get more video. Email me with a description of your owl, and I will try to identify it. Let me know how big it is (The size of a chicken, a pigeon, a hawk, bigger, smaller?), what color it is, and if it has the ear-like feathers sticking up on its head.
Most woodpeckers eat insects, especially the grubs and beetles that tunnel through wood. There is one kind of woodpecker called a Sapsucker that makes holes in trees, and drinks the sap that runs out.
Hi!I live in NY.What kind of woodpecker lives three and a half hours from Cooperstown?I am going to try it any ways because i see or here a woodpecker every now and then:)
Neat!
So cool! I'll try to find a place to do it.
