When is a change of state not really a change of state?

So fast!

Hi Robert

how did you whisk it so quickly?
I did it and it took ages, mum says you cut a bit out, but it doesn't look like it.

Then what about....

Then what about space in between the atoms? Would it be the gas expanding, or is the gas just free to move around with 1/2 cup of space? please write back as soon as possible.:)

P.S Who started the :) anyway?

Fifth state of matter?

Hi Mr. Krampf,
I am taking an online science course and right now i am learning about matter. In my course it says that there is a fifth state of matter called the Bose-Einstein Condensate (BEC) that is fairly recently discovered. I noticed you didn't mention it in this video, but in my science course it says that BEC does really weird stuff. It doesn't say what though, and I am curious. Can you tell me?

More states of matter

Solids, liquids, gases, and plasmas occur naturally in environments we can observe. Other strange states, like Bose-Einstein Condensates and Fermionic condensates happen under very extreme circumstances. BEC happens when matter is cooled almost to absolute zero. The matter stops behaving as a group of atoms, and instead collapses into a single quantum state.

RE: more states of matter

cool!

Awesome!

Cool video Mr. Krampf!
