Something else that will

Something else that will help. Your Mac should have the Safari browser. Try the video with that, and let me know the results. That will give me a clue about the problem. Thanks.

Please email me about the problem

I think this may take more than we can do through these comments. Please email me at membersupport@krampf.com.

Solution to the problem!

I discovered the solution to your problem. Your subscription has expired. I extended it for a week, which should solve the problem. If you still can't get the videos to play, please let me know.

That may have been it! It was

That may have been it! It was interesting though that other people in my building could still access this video and others that were not free. We voted at the staff meeting on 2/1/11 to renew our subscription too so that will help!
Thanks,

PS. This video will work for what I wanted too!

Solar Power Video won't load

Mr. Krampf,
I'm planning science for next week and was really hoping this video would help teach the concept that light is a form of energy, but I keep getting an error message that the video can't be found! I was able to log onto the site and I have a DSL connection so I don't think it's a error on this end of things. Please help.
Thanks,
Ms. Pietila at Bennett Elementary School, Chehalis, WA

Solar Power Video

I am sorry for the problem. The video is playing for me. The first thing to try is to empty the cache on your web browser. That will probably fix the problem. If it does not, let me know.

I'm still getting the same

I'm still getting the same message here at school even if I try the slow connection speed. I tried a couple other videos from the site and am getting the same message. I'll ask around here at school and see if anyone else has had the problem or if it's just me. Not sure where/how to empty the cache on Firefox on a Mac. I'll have to ask our tech person.
