You should be happy. This is a Golden Eyed Lacewing. It eats nectar and pollen, so it will pollinate your flowers, but it also eats aphids and other insect pests. Even better, Lacewing larvae are voracious predators that eat large numbers of insect pests. All in all, this is a very good insect to find in your garden.
