The Brown Thrasher has one of the largest song repertoires of any North American bird. Unlike its relative, the Mocking Bird, most of its songs are it own, not imitations of other birds. Cornell Labs has identified over 1100 different Brown Thrasher songs, not counting variations and mimics of other birds.
