This is a Komodo Dragon, a type of monitor lizard found on some Indonesian islands. Females can reproduce normally, but they can also reproduce by parthenogenesis, meaning that the female can lay fertile eggs without a male. Several other animals can reproduce this way, including several species of New Mexico Whiptail lizards, which are all female and always reproduce by parthenogenesis.
