This is a Brown Headed Cowbird. They are one of the best known brood parasites. Cowbirds do not build their own nests. Instead, the female cowbird lays her eggs in another bird's nest. Some birds recognize the invasion and destroy the cowbird eggs, but sometimes that birds will incubate and raise the baby cowbirds as their own.
