I hope you will find these links useful. I have tried to select resources that either directly address the benchmarks, or that work well for supporting them. If you use a different resource from my site when you cover a topic, please let me know, so I can add it to the list. Also, if you find that one of the resources that i suggested really does not work for the topic, let me know that too.

Big Idea 1: The Practice of Science.


  • SC.1.N.1.1 Raise questions about the natural world, investigate them in teams through free exploration, and generate appropriate explanations based on those explorations.

Big Idea 5: Earth in Space and Time
